Meet Christina
I'm a researcher and practitioner of professional learning and leadership development.
My research focuses on leadership development and workplace learning in complex organizations, and on the role of peer coaching in learning leadership.
My practice includes creating and facilitating experiential workshops for leadership development as well as individual coaching for adolescents through emerging leaders who want to cultivate their social and emotional intelligence while stregthening executive function skills and performance enhancing strategies.
